RFID E-tag
RFID Electronic Tags UHF RFID electronic tags (also called Inlays or Tags) consist of a chip and an antenna. They harvest energy from the reader's RF signal and return stored data via backscatter. Tags are the data carriers attached to physical objects — they are the fundamental enabler of digitizing the physical world. 1. Product Design Philosophy - We do not offer standardized "one-size-fits-all" tags. Instead, we provide customized tag solutions based on industry and application requirements - Tag selection is based on customer industry, application environment (metal/non-metal, indoor/outdoor, temperature conditions), installation method (adhesive/hang/sew/bolt), and read range requirements - Tags use various chip platforms (Impinj M830/M850/M780/MR6-P/M4QT, NXP U8/U9, etc.), support EPC Gen2V2 and Gen2X protocols, with different memory capacities and user memory configurations 2. Flexible On-Metal Tags - Physical form: Thin, flexible construction (PET/foam/aluminum) with adhesive backing, conforms to curved surfaces - Use cases: Metal assets, IT equipment, pipes, machinery identification 3. ABS Hard On-Metal Tags - Physical form: Rigid housing (ABS engineering plastic / aluminum), robust and impact-resistant - Use cases: Vehicle identification, container tracking, outdoor power equipment, mining machinery 4. PCB On-Metal Tags - Physical form: PCB substrate, compact size, customizable dimensions - Use cases: Small metal tools, precision instruments, equipment 5. General-Purpose Label Tags - Physical form: Roll-fed labels (PET / PP / Coated Paper / BOPP options), printable, encodable - Use cases: Retail, cool chain, food labels, Smart refrigerator, Unmanned convenience store garment hang tags, logistics cartons, document and file management, pharmaceutical packaging, airline baggage
6. Washable Laundry Tags - Physical form: Woven or silicone material, sewable or heat-press installable - Use cases: Hotel linen management, hospital uniform tracking, industrial textile rental management 7. Specialty Tags (Special Environment Tags) - Physical form: Encapsulated or specially coated designs for demanding conditions - Use cases: Chemical plant asset tracking, oil and gas equipment, autoclave sterilization environments, high-temperature manufacturing processes
